It is so rewarding to get feedback from my clients. After each session I try to send out a client exit form so that I can hear what a client enjoyed and what could have made their experience better. When I received Miss J’s kind words I couldn’t help but ugly cry staring at my computer.
And not only did she leave the sweetest words, but she allowed me to share of the anonymous photo magic that happened during our session! Miss J and I had such a connection since our first phone call, so I knew I was going to have such a blast being in her presence. Right in front of me I saw her push herself to shine her light brightly and confidently during her session. To document her power, confidence, sweetness and all of the other amazing things inside of her as well as her physical beauty is such an honor. I am so grateful to create images that she will look back on and cherish for years to come. for years to come.

I didn’t have a lot of fears going into it – after talking with Heather on the phone I got a great sense of her personality and felt pretty confident that she was the right pick — both in terms of energy and what I was going for. She definitely delivered!
I will say that around 10 years ago when all my friends were getting married, many of them took boudoir photos and I remember thinking at the time: “I would never do that” — I simply didn’t have the confidence back then. And 10 years later, being almost 40 and definitely far away from my 20-something-year-old body, I have so much more confidence and self-love than I ever did in my 20s — which is why I was ready to do this photoshoot. And Heather was absolutely the right person for the job.
I can’t overstate how important it is to have someone that is skilled at both the artistic and emotional dimensions of this type of work. Heather has an incredibly creative eye for setting and light — and also possesses the emotional touch to place you at ease and bring out the best of you so that the photos show your true joy and beauty. I was on set with her for over 6 hours and had fun the ENTIRE time — genuine belly laughs! I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the end product — and I will treasure these images forever.
This was FUN!!! I knew that it was going to be a new experience, but I honestly was not expecting to laugh so much or to feel so much like myself. Heather was such a consummate professional but also a totally authentic human being – it was really remarkable to see someone strike that perfect balance.
I can’t really explain how you can essentially meet a complete stranger and get butt naked in front of them and within an hour you are laughing and having so much fun while capturing all of it on camera to make someone look beautiful. Heather has a tremendous eye and exactly the right people skills to make this possible.
Finally, her studio was completely sanitized with full Covid safety protocol in place the entire time! I was the only client on set the entire day and the studio is left empty for the 24 hours before and after your visit.
Just do it! You won’t regret it — and maybe for the first time, you’ll be able to see the beauty in yourself that others see so easily!
