Here are the top 3 things women ask me before their session—answered with honesty, zero judgment, and some love.
1. “Do I need to look a certain way to do this? Should I make sure to hit the gym? Use a spray tan? Do I need to purchase lingerie?”
No way. Boudoir is for every body—all shapes, sizes, and comfort levels. You don’t need to lose weight, get in shape, or change a thing to be worthy of this experience. Hell, you don’t even need lingerie for an amazing boudoir session. I have created beautiful images of women who we style in their favorite panties and tank tops, as well as just a sheet!
As a Northern California boudoir photographer, I specialize in making women feel confident in their own skin. Through intentional posing, flattering lighting, and real support, I’ll help you see yourself in a whole new light. You already have everything you need to look amazing.
2. “What if I feel awkward or don’t know how to pose?”
That’s what I’m here for! Most of my clients have never done anything like this before, and it’s totally normal to feel nervous at first.
I’ll guide you through every pose, every expression, and every moment—no modeling experience required. I’ll even show you exactly how to move, where to look, and what to do with your hands. You just get to show up and let me do the rest. Half the time my camera is down and we are just doing the posing together so that you can do it confidently! None of the women on my website are models and came in just as nervous as you. I promise I will take care of you from head to toe.

3. “Can I keep my boudoir photos totally private?”
Of course. Your privacy is incredibly important to me. Whether your shoot is just for you or a gift for your partner, your images stay private unless you say otherwise. Every woman on my website signed a model release and was excited to have their images shared.
Nothing is ever shared without your permission. Period. In fact, after your items and images are delivered your images are wiped off all hard drives and storage for added protection.
